Sunset/Studios has been on retainer since 2019, creating programs that drive sales, increase bottom line revenue and elevate it’s brand image through introducing new partnerships in e-commerce (ver- ticals including fashion, food/beverage, home wear, childrens, and more) that are in the agencies ecosystem of relationships through years of working with top tier brands and events.

Route is a SaaS platform that enhances the post-purchase experience by allowing users to visually track their online orders. When Sunset joined as their strategic marketing partner, Route was an emerging tech player. During our partnership, the company achieved unicorn status—valued at $1.4 billion according to Forbes, 2024.

Challenge

Route needed to break through a crowded SaaS landscape and position itself as the go-to platform for digitally native brands. The goal was to build brand trust, attract high-value users, and establish a presence among forward-thinking, high-growth consumer brands.

Sunset’s Approach

We launched ROUTE CONNECT, an innovative monthly digital panel series that invited top-tier founders, CEOs, and C-suite executives from influential DTC and e-commerce brands to engage in intimate, low-lift Zoom conversations. These events sparked meaningful discussion, drove organic platform sign-ups, and cultivated a sense of community.

Sunset leveraged our proprietary network of internet-native, social-first, and Founder-led brands to accelerate interest and platform adoption. As Route amplified their use of these partnerships in external marketing, the credibility halo effect helped attract coveted enterprise-level clients.
